TORO MILD HYBRID fully integrates a servo-driven hydraulic system (servo motor, driver and inverter pump) into the established TORO series. The technology enhances performance and energy efficiency while maintaining the robust design and reliability characteristic of the series.
Unlike the standard hydraulic actuator, where the pump is continuously running, the hybrid servo motor drives the hydraulic pump only when movement is required.
This system is faster, more economical, more precise, and quieter. The benefits of this technology include significant energy savings, as there is no conventional AC motor that runs continuously or for most of the time. The servo motor is activated only when necessary.
