TORO Pro is the flag ship press brake of KARMET. Designed by our engineers to be an “All-Purpose” press brake, TORO Pro shines in production environments where low volume/high mix parts are on the day’s menu.
Carefully selected components, a sturdy steel frame (ST44 A1 steel) and wide variety of standard features like Four Axis Servo Backgauge (X,R,Z1,Z2), CNC crowning, hydraulic top tool clamping and full length tooling makes TORO Pro the go-to machine for complex parts and low to high volume/multiple setup scenarios.
When machine setup times are critical for operators, TORO Pro’s user friendly ESA S 675 2D controller can be a big boost to shorten programming and recalling part programs. TORO Pro’s CNC crowning ensures even angles on long parts without operator intervention and its 4 axis backgauge with motorized Z fingers and hydraulic top tool clamps make it real easy for stage bending where multiple tooling stations are involved.

Profile 2D Windows (for Delem DA-66 Touch)

• Profile 2D is an optional software for machines equipped with Delem 66 Touch control.
• Profile 2D provides the same software that runs on the control itself to prepare part programs without interrupting the press brake and the operator then to be transferred to the press brake via network or USB port.
• It has all the features of the controller like auto bend sequencing and optimization, collision detection, etc.
