In the panel bender, the bending is carried out by the blade. The sheet is held immobile by the blankholder during the bending process. The blades are thus able to perform different types of bending, either upwards or downwards, or they can start bending from the outermost part of one side, and then the panel bender automatically performs the bending sequence towards the innermost part. All these operations are controlled by servo motors to guarantee maximum positioning accuracy in the bending trajectory, thus ensuring optimal bending results.

KINEMATIC CONTROL
Adopting servo motor equipped with high precision helical gear planetary reducer and driven by heavy-duty high-precision grinding screw to realize the operation of bending tool according to the programmed path, with reasonable structure, stable operation and convenient maintenance.
SERVO MANIPULATOR
Full servo closed-loop control system, to realize the workpiece rotation at any angle, feeding and rotation linkage, reduce the workpiece rotation, feeding and positioning time, improve production efficiency.
AUXILIARY BLADES (OPTION)
The auxiliary blades are used for partial bending of which the bending line is broken or offset bending of which the bending line is not at the same line with the main bending line.
BLANK HOLDER
KPB-2500 blank holders are composed of segmented standard blank holders and bilateral horn blank holders. The horn blank holders can solve the processing needs of special shapes, such as the inward bending process, and cooperate with the fixed blank holders to improve the function of the equipment.
