Two-cylinder universal hydraulic punching, shearing and bending ironworker with 6 workstations: Punching, Notching, Shearing Flat Bars, Angle Cutting, Bars Shearing and built-in Bending Station according to EC regulations.
Bendicrop 85 is the most powerful punching, shearing and bending machine Geka’s Bendicrop series of ironworker machines. It features a blade holder with a vertical movement that provides an excellent performance when bending and shearing.
Additionally, its anti-torsion system reduces deformation when performing shearing tasks over flat bars. A touch and cut length stop is fitted within this punching and bending machine, it is delivered with two V-shaped Bending Dies of 50 mm and 90 mm.

There are six workstations that can complete different tasks such as punching, shearing and bending. These are:

Bendicrop 85 versions
This punching machine has two punching throat versions available:
- S Version: 300 mm Standard Throat.
- SD Version: 500 mm Extended Throat.
