The linear motors technology enables high dynamic (≤2.5G), allowing high productivity even on extremely complex geometries. The high-performance of Fiber Plus comes from the completely new design around the fiber laser, not merely adjusting the existing machines designed for CO2 laser. The fiber laser, not needing any optical paths, makes unnecessary many elements required by CO2 laser systems.

Software solutions for Fiber Plus
Our machines are compatible with the main CAD/CAM software on the market.
The Smart Composer software by Cutlite Penta is new and revolutionary. Smart Composer directly interfaces with the machine numerical control and with the front-end Smart manager software, it allows rapidly placing the following on the working table: previously created workings, cutting paths, geometrical shapes (circles, slots, holes, polygons,… ), Raster images, LGP panels.
3D deep engraving and embossing Raster for the creation of images in high and low relief of great visual impact. The modulability of the RF sources, combined with the high acceleration of the linear motors, allows the production of realistic three-dimensional images with high productivity.
Hardware solutions for Fiber Plus
Fiber Head EVO 3
The EVO3 cutting head with capacitive sensor. The system uses the EVO 3 autofocus cutting head which, entirely designed by the Cutlite Penta research and development department, is equipped with a non-contact capacitive sensor. The head itself and the focusing lenses can be used up to 30 kW of laser power and a pressure of 25 bar; different focal con gurations are provided: 150-200-250-300 mm. The assist gas is selected automatically between the 3 different connectable gases – air, nitrogen and oxygen – whose assistance pressures are determined automatically on the basis of cutting parameters and materials. The head features a drawer removable for changing the protective glass in order to facilitate the exchange of the same.

The automatic nozzle change is an option that allows the machine to automatically replace the cutting head nozzle without the help of the operator. Up to 10 positions are available. This operation includes both cleaning and calibration.
Pallet change on two levels for large sizes
A two-level bench change system, which allows the replacement of the work bench in about 15 seconds (for a 3000×1500 mm workbench). This mask almost totally the loading and unloading times. It also makes it possible to load thick slabs without risk of damage to the main structure. The bench changeover system is the fastest currently available on the market.
Lift pallet exchanger for small sizes
This option allows the optimization of machining times, virtually eliminating loading and unloading times. In addition, thick sheets can be loaded without any risk of damage to the main structure.
