Hydraulic guillotine shear ORCA Pro was delivered and installed in the town of Sliven between 16 and 19 October 2016.
The advanced model ORCA Pro ensures high accuracy. Important is also the presence of a safety system that does not allow the operator to place his hands in the working area where the blade and the hydraulic hold downs are located.
Complex factor that affects as well the accuracy and the productivity and safety of the guillotine, is the existence of a modern control.
The control is multifunctional, namely it manages all mechanisms of the guillotine via visualization of the work. The controller can adjust the movement and the position of the backgauge, the angle of the blade, the blade gap, the number of movements of the blade per minute, the automatic lubrication of moving parts and units of the guillotine and the pressure of the hold downs.
